of December ASAI will conduct one major fund raising event. It promises

mini-conference theme was democracy, peace and development. 2012 theme
is open. Students of any aspect of Africa’s , social, economic,
political, cultural, science and technology, agriculture and industrial
development or any fields can propose a related theme which three to
four papers can presented under.

AFRICA AND INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS NETWORKING EVENT
ASAI
is to continue the tradition of welcoming international students to
Dublin especially given that the 2011 welcome and networking event in
collaboration with the Dublin Business School was a huge success. To
welcome new students starting the 2012-2013 academic year ,ASAI will
host a major welcome and networking event within the month of October.

FRESHER WEEK IN THE IRISH COLLEGES
ASAI
will participate in various Fresher Week activities in the Irish
colleges. ASAI presence will be to help the students in these colleges
to set up AFRICA SOCIETIES in respective colleges.
